Is a killer hiding right under your nose?

Each year in Australia 5,000 individuals are newly diagnosed with head and neck cancer.

Studies now show that HPV (Human Papilloma Virus), sexually transmitted virus, is one of the fastest-growing cause of oral cancers. Patients are increasingly younger, healthier, and often non-smoking individuals.

Medical specialists can see or feel the pre-cancerous tissue changes, which might lead to a cancer.

Everyone over the age of 18 should be screened annually. The exam is painless and quick.
