Difficulty swallowing (dysphagia) could be due to an ENT problem

A/Professor Eng Ooi's research group at Flinders has recently published an article explaining how Pharyngeal high-resolution manometry with impedance (P-HRM-I) is an emerging, ambulatory swallow assessment for patients with pharyngeal dysphagia (throat swallowing difficulties). This investigation is only available in the Flinders public hospital.  A/Professor Ooi can refer you for a swallow assessment such as this if it would help diagnose your swallowing problems. https://www.theajo.com/article/view/4563/html
